Finding your career path at EllisDon

Your career path at EllisDon doesn’t have to go in a straight line from A to B. Nor is it the same for everyone. Yet you have to start somewhere.

This page is the starting point to three broad career paths.  Before heading down these paths, first think about this question: "What am I really interested in?" Often an honest self-assessment is a good place to begin before thinking about any career.

But don’t worry, starting in one path doesn’t mean you can’t switch and grow into another path as your career progresses.

Construction Path

If you’re interested in hands on experience on some of the most innovative and complex construction projects across Canada and the world then take a look at our Construction Division where you will find positions such as Project Manager, Field Engineer or Superintendent. Start here. 
 

Corporate Path

If you’re interested in building the infrastructure of the company then take a look at our Corporate Division where you will find positions such as Web Communications, Scheduler, or IT Coordinator. Start here.
 

Services Path

If you’re interested in looking outside the box of traditional construction roles then take a look at our Services Division where you will find positions such as Facilities Manager, ICT Manager, Sustainable Building Manager, or Construction Engineer. Start here.
