But picking a construction delivery method or a “way to build” isn’t easy. The fact of the matter is, in today's global construction market, the traditional rigid construction delivery methods are no longer enough. Many project owners come to us with bad experiences in their past and many aren't sure what they want from us or how they should be engaging us. They need to have something built and just want the least risk and frustrations in getting there.

In order to address this, EllisDon starts by listening to you, the client, and identifying exactly what your specific project and building needs are. Someone building a hospital will come to us with completely different concerns than someone building a commercial office tower. So it is our responsibility to adapt and adjust our construction methods and processes to make sure that we remain sensitive to these differences.  Sometimes, that means creating a custom made delivery method around those needs.

We still offer the traditional delivery methods which you can see in this section but in every case we can accommodate hybrid models to best suit the client’s situation. And we can evolve from one delivery method into another or several as the project evolves if that’s what is required.

We have also widened our breadth of services to accomodate the unique needs of specific projects in each of the sectors that we work in.

There is absolutely no doubt that the success of tailoring an approach around a client’s specific goals rests on the strengths of our people and the breadth of our internal resources. Others just don’t have the experience or the inclination to adapt.
