London News RSSEllisDon’s ITS consortium selected to build WRCC project
MISSISSAUGA, January 22, 2010 – Integrated Team Solutions (ITS) has been selected as the preferred proponent to build the Waterloo Regional Consolidated Courthouse (WRCC) project. Infrastructure Ontario made the announcement on January 18, 2010.
The WRCC building will bring together all existing courthouse facilities, currently operating out of three facilities, into one location. This move will help to improve health and safety standards, provide better public access and security and will increase the number of courtrooms available.
The ITS team for the WRCC project includes EllisDon Corporation, Fengate Capital Management/LPF Infrastructure Fund, Norr Limited/Aecom Services, SNC Lavalin Profac and CIT Group Securities Inc. As an ITS shareholder, EllisDon not only acted as Design Builder on this project but also led the development team working on the bid.
