EllisDon is the Design Builder for the Bentall - 7125 Mississauga Road project.
The project is located in Meadowvale North Business Park, where EllisDon has previously completed over 1,000,000 square feet of office space in partnership with Bentall and TAC Projects.
The project consists of an approximately 135,000 square feet, five-storey office building complete with a 500 stall surface parking area and associated landscaping. Baxter Pharmaceuticals who is the major tenant will occupy the first four floors.
Pre-construction has been ongoing since September 2009, and construction began on March 22, 2010. The project is targeted to meet LEED Silver specifications.
Base building completion is currently scheduled for July, 2011, with tenant occupancy scheduled for Fall 2011.
