EllisDon was awarded the Lump Sum contract for the construction to Shell’s new Administration Building located on the Scotford Refinery and Upgrader facilities with some retrofitting in the existing building. Fort Saskatchewan is approximately 45 kilometers north east of Edmonton, Alberta.
