The Story
ATRIO is a major mixed-use commercial development in central Bogotá, Columbia. Once complete, the project will be feature two towers – North and South – with a large, open public space at the ground level. The ATRIO project will modify Bogotá’s urban landscape, updating its profile with the world’s great cities.
EllisDon is a 40% partner in a joint venture called Consorcio EllisDon Arpro. The joint venture is acting as Construction Manager for the first phase of the project which consists of a US$255M, 43-storey office tower in downtown Bogotá.
Construction started on November 1, 2014 and the project has a 48 month schedule. EllisDon was first retained on the project to provide pre-construction consulting under a Technical Assistance Agreement. In addition, EllisDon is providing significant corporate support in the areas of construction engineering, scheduling, project logistics, safety and project administration.
