The Story

EllisDon was the Construction Manager for the Southcore Financial Centre, which is comprised of PwC Tower, a 650,000 SF 26-storey tower, Bremner Tower, a 700,000 SF 30-storey tower, and Delta Toronto, a next generation, 45-storey premium 4-star hotel. 

The centre encompasses a full block in the southern part of the downtown core from York Street to Lower Simcoe Street, is within walking distance of King and Bay, and provides enclosed pedestrian access to Union Station, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the PATH network.

The Delta Hotel connects to the two office towers and features 567 oversized rooms and includes 24 luxurious extended-stay suites with full kitchen, technologically advanced meeting and conference facilities with a 6,500 SF ballroom with floor to ceiling windows, extensive fitness and spa facilities, including an indoor pool, wireless capability from top to bottom, and contemporary dining options on the ground floor.
