Every challenge, every client, every project is unique. Opportunities come in from all different directions, often when you least expect them. Every problem is different from the last one, and the most effective solutions are often hand crafted to overcome them.
At EllisDon, we recognize that an office tower in Calgary is different in every respect from a Design Build hospital in Toronto, vastly different again from project managing for a new community for 280,000 people in Dubai.
The only way to master this vast array of work is to attract great people, and then to give them as much freedom and authority as possible. Freedom to think hard, to create immediate solutions, to seek out those new opportunities, and then the authority to move and make decisions; to analyze and then to act.
We try to give this freedom at every level of EllisDon, not just at the top. Our people know what has to be done.
