Anyone who accepts a job at EllisDon is trusting us – trusting that by becoming part of the EllisDon team, they will have the opportunity to learn from a number of people in a variety of disciplines, to be exposed to a wide range of projects, and essentially to grow their career in whichever way they wish.  

So it only makes sense, then, that we in turn trust them back. Trust them with the day-to-day operations of their role, trust that they will strive to always operate in harmony with our Core Values, and trust that if they make a mistake that they will also work to make it better. In other words, trust them with the job that they are given.

This way of thinking seems so obvious and intuitive to us, which is why we are always surprised that it isn’t the norm across more companies.
