Jameson House

EllisDon has been awarded a $117 million Guaranteed Maximum Price / Construction Management contract for the Jameson Development Corporation. Jameson House is a 37,213 square metres, 37-story mixed use tower containing commercial space on levels one through twelve, and executive residential suites on levels 14 through 37. The scope of the project will also include a heritage building on the property which will involve a shoring support system. This project is situated in the downtown financial core of Vancouver, BC.
