EllisDon delivered end-to-end digital twin professional services for a flagship luxury hotel, architecting and deploying a fully on-premises twin platform EKO aligned with the client's data sovereignty, security, and operational continuity requirements. Our team led the strategy, design, and implementation of the twin ecosystem, integrating BIM, IoT, BMS, and operational data streams into a unified, live representation of the asset. Working hand in hand with the owner, operator, MEP consultants, and FM teams, we defined use cases spanning guest experience, energy optimization, predictive maintenance, and asset performance management. Rigorous data governance, QA/QC, and cybersecurity protocols were embedded throughout deployment to ensure the twin's integrity, reliability, and scalability.
