BIM & VDC Services

EllisDon was appointed as the client's BIM consultant and supervisor on the Hudairiyat Island development, leading the development and enforcement of the project's BIM Management Plan and BIM Execution Plan as the governing framework for all digital delivery. Working side by side with the client, consultants, and contractors, our embedded team audited and managed the entire BIM supply chain, ensuring every stakeholder's outputs complied with defined standards, protocols, and information requirements. We established rigorous QA/QC processes across model development, coordination, and data exchanges, safeguarding accuracy, consistency, and fitness for purpose at every project stage. Through proactive risk management, we identified and mitigated BIM-related delivery risks early, transforming model-based insights into a reliable decision-making tool that protected project timelines, cost, and quality from design through construction.
