The Palm Golden Mile

The Story

The Golden Mile is a mixed-use development located on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, featuring 840 residential apartments along with retail and restaurant spaces. As Project Manager, EllisDon oversaw the master plan, infrastructure design, and coordination of multiple third-party developers. The site is divided into two plots: GM1, which includes six blocks, and GM2, which includes four. Each block contains standard residential units, double-level penthouses, ground floor and mezzanine retail areas, townhouse-style apartments, and three basement parking levels. Developed by Nakheel, known for visionary projects such as The Palm Jumeirah, The World, and Jumeirah Village, The Golden Mile adds another vibrant destination to Dubai’s evolving urban landscape.
