The Story
Extension of the existing and operational Yas Water World on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The project consists of:

BIM & VDC Services
Acting on behalf of the client on the Yas Water World Abu Dhabi, EllisDon authored and governed the project's BIM Management Plan and BIM Execution Plan, setting the rules of engagement for digital delivery across every discipline. Our embedded team conducted continuous audits of the full BIM supply chain, holding designers, consultants, and contractors accountable to agreed standards, information requirements, and delivery milestones. A structured QA/QC regime was applied across all models, data drops, and coordination workflows, ensuring outputs were accurate, consistent, and fit for downstream use. In parallel, we led BIM-driven risk management, surfacing clashes, data gaps, and delivery exposures early, and converting them into actionable mitigation strategies that protected the project's cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
