Applications, Equipment and Network Support
Our team of in-house experts provide hands-on expert advice and support for all technology used on all of our projects from construction to operation. We operate a call centre of skilled and experienced technicians, who support our 3,000+ employees in their 40,000+ service requests and incidents annually, and work with EllisDon’s Infrastructure Services & Technology division to service our Clients. Our Infrastructure and Applications teams provide Level 2+3 support for all technologies in our data centres and cloud environments. We also have a dedicated support team who are knowledgeable in construction processes and provide dedicated support for Gate Three, our proprietary Project Management platform.
Our internal IT security team works with Clients and Subcontractors to ensure IT security requirements are understood and achieved by our project teams. We monitor vendor release notifications and prioritize deployment to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our data and infrastructure. We have also created a custom IT security training curriculum that educates our employees on the specific tech we use and how to be prepared for, and respond to, the latest IT security threats that all companies face today.
