The Story
This 778,470 square foot wedge-shaped facility was built adjacent to the existing sandstone City Hall built in 1907, and integrates the office and retail buildings to the west, the residential area to the east, and the hotel-residential area to the south. A light rail transit tunnel is located below the City Hall that ties in with C-train facilities.
