Riyadh Diriyah North District

EllisDon was appointed to provide the Project Management and Cost Consultancy Services for the Diriyah North District. EllisDon joined forces with Omnium to be the exclusive Sub-Consultant to deliver the Cost Consultancy scope required under this contract. The high profile Diriyah North District development forms part of the wider Diriyah Gate masterplan. The site is located close to the At-Turaif district in Ad-Diriyah, UNESCO World Heritage site, Riyadh, in the heart of the Diriyah Gate Masterplan. Diriyah Gate will be a mixed-use project over an area of 7 sq. km, with history and heritage assets at its core, enriched by entertainment, shopping, and residential elements. This project is a key priority for the leadership who have committed the required funds for the development.
