Quality Assurance

Our in-house Quality Assurance department provides support to our clients on the imple­mentation of quality engagement systems to ensure the most superior quality product is delivered. Working jointly with the project teams to develop, establish and maintain project specific quality plans allow us to proactively flush out anything that doesn’t meet our high standards. This is accomplished with the involvement of the site teams and subcontractors in a systematic process that involves planning, communication, accountability, traceability, measure­ment, acceptance, and continuous improvement.

The Ryerson University Student Learning Centre is a technical marvel, and an excellent example of why we should always strive to innovate. We are positioning Self Consolidating Concrete to both push our industry forward, and add a new layer of reliability and appeal to our work.

What We Strive For

We strive to provide company wide project support as well as high-level feedback to EllisDon Operations in our various areas to ensure consistency in the quality of everything we do and provide to our clients. This includes a thorough evaluation on the effectiveness of proce­dures and methodologies being used, performance of subcontractors or manufacturers, among others, which enables us to offer operational support when looking to identify new and impeding risks or opportunities for improvement.
