VIBE, our employee-led leadership group, is focused on taking concrete actions to combat anti-Black racism and promote diversity and inclusion within our organization.

This year's theme is all about celebrating Black Canadian Changemakers and sharing stories of trailblazers in Canadian history. We're committed to recognizing and supporting the diversity that makes our communities stronger.
