EllisDon Celebrates Groundbreaking of Phase 1 of The Fancsy Family Hospital

EllisDon is proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Phase 1 of The Fancsy Family Hospital Project, marking the official start of construction on what will become the largest healthcare infrastructure investment in Windsor-Essex history and a significant step toward the future of healthcare in the region.

This first phase of development includes the construction of a three-storey Education and Administration Centre, a 700-space parking garage, and key site infrastructure. Together, these facilities and enabling works will create the foundation for future phases of the hospital project, providing infrastructure, operational space, and support services needed to advance construction and prepare for future developments.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with subsequent phases, this work will help deliver a cohesive, efficient, and future-ready healthcare campus for Windsor-Essex.
