EllisDon’s True Legacy: Our People

These are just a few of the voices that shaped EllisDon into the company it is today.

We had the privilege of hosting our legacy colleagues for an intimate breakfast where they had a chance to reflect, reconnect, and share stories about the culture they helped build. Even more so, they highlighted the people they worked alongside and the moments that defined their time here.

75 years in, plenty has changed. Some tools look very different (fax machines included). Projects are larger and more complex. But what came through most clearly in these conversations was just how much has stayed the same.

Trust. Teamwork. Showing up for each other. These are some of the things our legacy colleagues kept returning to, and they remain the same values that continue to define EllisDon today.

These stories are our legacy, found in the relationships we’ve built, the standards upheld, and the people who carry our culture forward, year after year.
