The Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital Project Named IJGlobal PPP Deal of the Year

EllisDon, alongside our partners from PCL, Fengate Asset Management and Plenary Americas, recently accepted an award for The Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital and Shah Family Hospital for Women and Children, which was named the 2025 IJGlobal PPP Deal of the Year – North America.

While the IJGlobal Awards ceremony is primarily geared toward equity investors and developers, the success of this landmark transaction reflects the efforts of hundreds of individuals across design, construction, facilities services, and other teams. The award was accepted on behalf of everyone involved and will be displayed at the joint venture office as a shared symbol of that collective achievement.
