Michael Casey Appointed Chief Administrative Officer

EllisDon has appointed Michael Casey to the role of Chief Administrative Officer, reflecting the continued evolution of the company and its enterprise leadership structure. 

In this expanded role, Michael will provide leadership across a broader range of corporate functions. In addition to continuing to oversee Legal Services, Government Relations will now fall under his purview, strengthening alignment across areas that are critical to EllisDon’s long‑term success.

Since his appointment as Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2022, Michael has led EllisDon’s Legal Services team, supporting the business across a wide range of complex areas including litigation, public‑private partnerships, corporate matters, labour relations, international work, and insurance claims. His work has played an important role in enabling the company’s continued growth and operational integration.
