The project involves the fit-out of a commercial-scale cell and gene therapy manufacturing facility, including manufacturing suites, support spaces, process development, quarantine and tissue culture labs, office spaces, and staff facilities.
The facility features 3,789 square feet of Grade B, 5,963 square feet. of Grade C, and 10,915 square feet of Grade D cleanroom spaces.
