The Story

Delivered under Canada’s Rapid Housing Initiative, this 42-unit apartment building was completed three months ahead of schedule to provide permanent, affordable housing for vulnerable populations. The project includes a 22-vehicle parking area, 32 secure bicycle spaces, and an accessory structure at the front of the site. Units range from bachelor to two-bedroom layouts, including barrier-free options. Built using concrete, masonry, and prefabricated Hambro systems, the structure was designed for speed, durability, and long-term performance.
