Multi-Phase Hyperscale Data Center Fit-Out

The Story

EllisDon is delivering a multi-phase fit-out for a confidential cloud provider. The full build-out of 16 MW of critical load will be completed over seven phases. The first two phases are complete. The first two phases included the fit-out of three data halls totaling 17,399 sq. ft. of white space and 6 MW of critical load. Infrastructure installed included four 2.5 MW generators serving critical load and one house generator, with provisioning in place for four additional units.
