The Story

A bold architectural statement in downtown Vancouver, 410 West Georgia is a 24-storey commercial tower defined by its sculptural form and structural complexity. Inspired by a Japanese Noguchi lamp, the design features offset glass cubes branching from a central concrete core, creating expansive, column-free floor plates ideal for modern workspaces. Each four-storey cube integrates triple-glazed curtain walls, openable windows, and glass floors, while the interstitial spaces are filled with hydroponic living walls and water features. The tower includes a six-level underground garage with 235 stalls, a dramatic four-storey lobby suited for retail and cultural use, and a rooftop garden and amenity space.
