The Story

Transforming Hamilton’s housing landscape, the 60 Caledon Avenue development introduces two six-storey apartment buildings and five blocks of back-to-back townhomes, delivering 261 mixed-income units. Thoughtfully designed layouts include one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, complemented by shared outdoor amenities such as a basketball court, playground, and garden. Both apartment buildings feature laundry facilities and waste chutes, with Block D adding office space and a community room.

The site offers 234 parking spaces, plus 152 bicycle spaces, and is EV-ready with rough-ins for future chargers. Targeting LEED Silver certification, the project integrates sustainable design and community-focused features.
