The Story

Delivering critical infrastructure upgrades within a live unit, the scope began with concrete paving demolition and utility locates for safe tie-ins. A custom-designed soldier pile and timber lag retaining wall safeguarded active systems throughout construction. The team excavated a new bathtub, installed deep HDPE firewater lines, and built a robust sewer system using concrete and carbon steel pipe. Foundations were drilled and cast in place, followed by backfill and gravel placement, culminating in a durable concrete surface pad.
