Infinity at Brickell

The Story

Infinity at Brickell is a 52-storey high-rise condominium tower located near Downtown Miami’s Financial District, featuring 460 residential units along with office condominiums, retail spaces, a restaurant, a swimming pool, and spa facilities. Most amenities are housed within a lower podium structure, while the residential units were delivered in a “white box” or “decorator ready” condition. The project was fast-tracked, with construction beginning before design completion to accelerate delivery and meet strong market demand. Nearly all units were sold prior to breaking ground. The tight urban site, which extended from property line to property line, required precise scheduling and coordination of deliveries and hoisting. The project team worked closely with local authorities to manage access and noise, even pausing work during critical exams at a nearby school to minimize disruption.
