SAP Main Floor Restaurant Renovation

The Story

Blending heritage with hospitality, the Stephen Avenue Place – Main Floor Restaurant Renovation transformed a former bank into a vibrant dining destination in downtown Calgary. The project introduced a structurally supported mezzanine for expanded seating, a custom feature bar with integrated equipment and stone finishes, and a fully outfitted back-of-house area including a prep kitchen and staff rooms. The dining space features new flooring, lighting, fireplaces, and extensive millwork. Outside, a concrete patio with custom railings enhances the guest experience. The original bank vault remains—repurposed as cold storage—preserving a unique piece of the building’s past.
