The Story
STACK selected EllisDon to construct its first data center in Canada. The TOR01 site is master planned to include three buildings with a total critical load capacity of 56 MW.
The initial phase involved a structural retrofit and interior fit-out of TOR1A, delivering 4 MW of “Day 1” critical load. A second phase is currently underway to complete the building’s planned 8 MW capacity. TOR1B and TOR1C are each planned to support 24 MW of critical load.
EllisDon continues to support phased delivery across the site, enabling scalable infrastructure for STACK’s growing Canadian operations.
