The Story
TEK Tower is a 45-storey condominium featuring 530 residential units, built atop a robust concrete structure formed and placed by EllisDon. The scope included pad and raft slabs, shear walls, columns, suspended slabs, and two layers of mud slabs for waterproofing.
The project also required extensive edge forming, mechanical curbs, and cast-in-place retaining walls. Two tower cranes serviced the full podium footprint, supporting a workforce of up to 135 at peak construction.
