The Waterfront Innovation Centre redefines the future of commercial office spaces with two state-of-the-art office towers connected by a striking second-level bridge, located at 125 and 155 Queens Quay East. Designed for data-intensive industries, the buildings feature ultra-high-speed fibre-optic connectivity, cutting-edge workshops and lab spaces, and several outdoor terraces that inspire collaboration and creativity.
