Windjammer Landing Resort

The Story

Windjammer Landing is a luxury villa resort perched on a hillside overlooking the Caribbean Sea, designed around a village concept with shops, a conference centre, recreational facilities, and guest villas connected by landscaped gardens and walkways.

The project also underwent a unique redevelopment that included the reclamation and stabilization of a 43,200 sq. ft. area within a high-seismic, volcanic zone to accommodate six new villas. This process involved detailed geotechnical investigations, slope and structural analysis, and the implementation of rockfill "Hard Points" to stabilize the site and serve as foundations for the new villas.
