Behind every project is a series of decisions; shaped by people, ideas, experience, and conversations that move them forward.

This June 23–24, those conversations come together in one place. SiteSummit 2026 will bring together 600+ leaders from across the industry to Toronto’s waterfront to share what’s changing, and what it means for what comes next.

As presenting partner, EllisDon is proud to be part of that dialogue.

A different kind of “classroom”

SiteSummit isn’t built around keynote-heavy agendas or long days spent sitting and listening. It’s designed to feel more like an active exchange; fast-moving, hands-on, and intentionally human. This year’s “summer school” format trades passive sessions for tactical conversations and interactive experiences that reflect the pace of change across construction.

Across the two days, discussions will span everything from AI and data centres to housing, infrastructure, mass timber, and talent; the forces redefining how projects are delivered and how cities take shape.

EllisDon on the stage

With leaders across the program, EllisDon will be part of the conversations that matter most:

  • Andrew Anderson, Senior Vice President & Area Manager, will open the event, setting the tone for the days ahead
  • Kieran Hawe, President and CEO, will deliver a keynote exploring what Canada needs in a builder today, and what comes next
  • Paul Trudel, Chief People Officer and SVP, Marketing, will unpack how digital presence and authority are reshaping how major projects are pursued
  • Nick Gefucia, Senior Vice President, EllisDon Community Builders, will explore how the housing conversation is shifting

Taken together, these perspectives reflect a broader shift within the industry, and within EllisDon itself: a move toward thinking differently about how projects are delivered, how partnerships are built, and how value is created.

Beyond the sessions, the experience is designed to foster connection. Set within a waterfront campus rather than a hotel ballroom, the space is designed to encourage movement, conversation, and connection. One-on-one meetings, interactive exhibits, and shared experiences create opportunities for meaningful exchange, often the conversations that turn into lasting partnerships.

Be part of the conversation

For EllisDon, SiteSummit is an opportunity to engage directly with the ideas shaping the future of the industry, and to help create space for those conversations to happen.
