The Story
A global wholesale colocation provider selected EllisDon to construct its first data center in Canada. Scheduled for completion in 2026, EllisDon is responsible for the construction and partial interior fit-out of a three-storey colocation facility. The fit-out will be executed in phases, with the “Day 1” installation to be finalized as the design is completed. At full build-out, the data center will deliver a critical load capacity of 27 MW.
