The Story

A landmark of modern architecture and engineering, the Central Bank of Kuwait Headquarters is a 41-storey, 240-metre tower that redefines the city’s skyline. Designed as a triangular prism topped with a glass pyramid, the tower reflects Kuwait’s maritime heritage and commitment to innovation.

The development includes over 1.5 million sq. ft. of space, with 807,000 sq. ft. of offices and a 1,500-space parking facility. A podium houses reception halls, conference rooms, a museum, and banking functions. Built in three fast-tracked phases, the project integrates advanced building systems and sustainable design, including stone-clad façades that regulate temperature and panoramic glazing that maximizes Gulf views.
