The Story

Redefining the street-level experience in downtown Edmonton, the podium repositioning of Manulife Place transforms the first three storeys into a vibrant, modern destination. The renovation introduces a new curtain wall, upgraded sidewalks, and refreshed interiors featuring a fitness centre, expanded bike storage, conference rooms, retail and food spaces, and a 45,000 sq. ft. rooftop terrace. Sustainability is central to the design, with energy-efficient glazing, LED lighting, low-flow fixtures, and low-emitting, recycled materials enhancing comfort and performance.
