The Story

This design-build project transforms a three-storey office building at the Darlington Nuclear Generating Station through a complete exterior and interior overhaul. The scope includes removing the existing precast and glass cladding system and installing a modern curtainwall façade. Inside, full demolition and renovation will integrate new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and elevator systems, along with updated furniture solutions. Situated within a secure zone, the project combines structural upgrades with advanced building systems to deliver a contemporary, high-performance workspace.
