The Story

EllisDon provided construction services for the renovation and fit-out of an existing warehouse/office space into a pharmaceutical production facility with dispensing, mixing, lyophilization and packaging areas supported by equipment wash, staff change, technical support and office facilities.
EllisDon’s scope included procurement and installation of clean utilities, rigging and installation of production equipment, procurement and installation of site services, facility, utility, and communication systems. The facility features 23,700 square feet of Grade D cleanroom space.
