Digital Project Delivery leverages advanced technologies—including Building Information Modeling, reality capture, and cloud-based Common Data Environments—to reduce cost and delays at the design, construction, and operational stages of each project.

We collaborate with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and contractors to visualize every aspect of design and construction into a single, comprehensive digital model.

Before any work starts we utilize digital models to predict and resolve design conflicts and construction issues that would otherwise require costly changes and delays down the line.

Our digitized project also includes the surrounding environment and infrastructure, allowing us to demonstrate how we'll accommodate for people, equipment, and materials at each stage of the project.

A comprehensive model opens the door to integrations with a variety of project tools, from nextgen scheduling software to reality capture via drone or cameras, keeping all site teams coordinated.

Through the project lifecycle, we manage the BIM—defining the standards, protocols, workflows, and best practices—to keep all relevant stakeholders informed and working toward the same goals.

Once construction is complete, we handover to the operations team by creating a digital twin of the facility including assets, systems, and infrastructure—an essential tool for Facilities Management.
