    PEACE creates safe spaces and community for LGBTQ2S+ individuals across EllisDon and the AECOO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owner, Operator) industry. Through education, connection, and allyship, the group promotes inclusion and drives meaningful change.

    Together is committed to advancing gender equality in construction by fostering a workplace where everyone can speak up, innovate, and be themselves without fear.
