2022 Impact Report

We have been working proactively and collaboratively to improve our approach to vital environmental, social and governance issues. As a result, we’ve taken significant steps and have already made tremendous progress toward achieving our goals.

The Impact Report offers a transparent and detailed look into how we’re transforming our business, the industry as a whole, and the communities in which we live and build. We've laid the foundation, but there's still a lot more building to do.

Our commitment to complete openness, transparency and mutual accountability means that what we measure will also be shared with our employees, partners and clients. We will hold ourselves accountable for our results and for ensuring continuous improvement. We invite the readers of this report to do the same.
