The Digital Culture and Innovation group exists to enable EllisDon to leverage new tools and technologies and encourage and enable digital transformation. Working with the jobsite and operations to make improvements while also creating and identifying opportunities for new technology, this team’s goal is to evolve the digital expertise that will continue our culture of innovation across the company.
EllisDon is in the unique position of being experts in both software and construction, and our Tech Solutions team exists to leverage this knowledge to our clients’ advantage. Above all, this team continuously works to ensure all our products are designed with construction in mind, while constantly searching for opportunities to expand and utilize our expertise.
At EllisDon, protecting data is one of our major priorities; this isn’t just about protecting our own teams, we’re passionate about safeguarding our clients and contractors as well. Our dedicated Cybersecurity team oversees and orchestrates digital security at EllisDon, probes our networks for vulnerabilities, educates and protects our employees and subcontractors, and vets all digital platforms, employee devices, and third-party software.
Our Technology Training team works with the Tech Relations team to ensure the right tools are being used and to make training readily available. Whether it’s Gate Three or any other software created or used by EllisDon, this team ensures all employees have the knowledge and training they need, enabling consistency, effectiveness and ease of communication.
EllisDon’s Technology Relations team is dedicated to making sure no EllisDon site has to wait on a third party to get the job done. Our team of in-house experts provides hands-on advice and support regarding all technology for our projects from project initiation to operation.
Our technology team is always on hand for technical support. Consisting of administrators who oversee corporate software licenses and hardware specialists, our Tech Relations team ensures our employees have everything they need.
We operate our own call centre of experienced technicians who advise our 3,000+ employees in their 40,000+ service requests and incidents annually, and we provide Level 2 and 3 support for all technologies in our data centers and cloud environments.
We also have a dedicated team knowledgeable in construction processes who evolve and maintain Gate Three, our proprietary Project Management platform.
