They collaborate across disciplines, bring fresh ideas to the table, and gain exposure to EllisDon’s diverse business units—from construction management and engineering to technology and sustainability.

Last semester alone, EllisDon welcomed more than 100 co-op students across Canada into every area of our business. These students worked on everything from major infrastructure projects to cutting-edge digital solutions, gaining real-world experience that sets the foundation for strong careers.
