Co-ops & Internship Programs

At EllisDon, we seek to provide opportunities in all areas, sectors and departments across the country. The goal of this program is to lift up the next generation of leaders, providing them with valuable work experience and skills that will help them thrive in their future careers, with the goal of eventually hiring them full-time.

EllisDon works with a variety of colleges and universities to hire co-op students within the Construction, Engineering, Architectural, Finance and IT programs, to name a few. These roles are posted through the co-op placement offices at your local schools.

Search ‘Co-op’ on our careers portal and explore any relevant postings that are available opportunities.  If you still don’t see what you’re looking for, please send us an email with your cover letter and resume to campusrecruitment@ellisdon.com. If it’s the right fit, we’ll partner with you and your school to help get you on-board to Apply for a Student Position
