This residential project is a twenty-five storey apartment tower with two and a half levels of underground parking, located south of downtown Calgary in the beltline area. The building includes 218 residential units, of which there are eight city-access units located on the main level. Levels two through twenty-three feature nine units per floor, with units ranging in size from 441 square feet for one bedroom units to 753 square feet for two bedroom units. Levels twenty-four and twenty-five feature larger two bedroom units ranging from 947 square feet to 1023 square feet. The building amenities include both bicycle and storage locker facilities, a social lounge and a fitness centre. Both the social lounge and fitness centre open onto the landscaped courtyard area, which provides additional space for the residents during the warmer months. The high end finishes were finalized by the design and subcontractor team to stay within the owner’s budget.
