The 35 Mic Mac Boulevard project encompasses a substantial renovation and redevelopment of an existing 140,000 sq. ft. warehouse into a 240,000 sq. ft. Class A office space, including amenity areas and a large atrium. The scope of work includes the complete demolition of the interior and exterior of the facility including the building envelope, existing slab, and mezzanine, as well as the mechanical and electrical systems.
