EllisDon constructed one of the first (and most well-known) mixed-use developments in the City of Vancouver — the original BC Canada place. This facility was a host Pavilion for Expo '86 and included the world’s first permanent IMAX theatre, restaurants, offices, small format retail, an outdoor amphitheatre, parking for 770 cars and promenades and plazas with public access to the Vancouver waterfront and its magnificent views.
